What Brynn looks for in interns…
“My team is like my family. We spend a lot of time with each other in a small space. The company is still growing, we work out of a home office with two cats, Cali and Lucky.  I work directly with several freelance partners and individual boutique buyers vs. employees or big department stores. Of course your skill set is always important, but I find it equally important that my interns be lighthearted, kind, loyal people who are interested in contributing to something greater than themselves. Your attitude and desire to learn is just as important as your skill set. Fashion is a tough racket. If you don’t LOVE it, you won’t survive. ”
