Brynn Capella Inc. stands behind its merchandise with a two year warranty on products purchased from our authorized fine boutiques, national e-commerce sites, or the Brynn Capella website with proof of purchase. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing or hardware defects. We will cover the full cost of the repair as well as the cost of shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair items older than 2 years, but will have substitute options available.
We do not offer repairs on damages resulting from normal wear and tear. If general wear and tear has affected the handbag’s original condition, we suggest contacting a reputable leather care professional for suggestions on restoration. If replacement lining is needed, we charge a small repair fee if the bag is older than one year.
If your repair meets these guidelines, please complete our online repair request form and attach photos of the damage. If the repair is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to ship the bag to us. Once repaired, we will ship the item back to the address originally provided. Please allow 14-30 business days for a repair.
