Product Availability
In stock merchandise is processed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days, unless noted otherwise. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee that every handbag will be available at the time of your order. However, we make every effort to indicate online whether an item is in or out of stock and if it is on back order, how long the turnaround time is.

Product Quality
All designs are handcrafted in Chicago, IL. Our collections are made locally by fine craftsmen. To provide this level of craftsmanship, please know that each original design is still made in small quantities...you will NOT be buying one of a thousand made overseas! However, we do import most of our leather from Italy.

Order Processing and Delivery
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. It normally takes 5 to 10 business days for you to receive your shipment. We will inform you as soon as possible of any delay in shipment. Custom orders can take longer to process, depending on the style and availability of materials.

Shipping Prices
We mainly ship using USPS Priority Mail to destinations within the United States. Priority Mail shipments should reach you within 2-3 business days after order is shipped. Some larger packages may be sent via UPS Ground and should still arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping rates for the Continental US are as follows:

Brynn Capella, Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. You can order online currently with Paypal, or feel free to call in your order anytime between 10am and 8pm cst.

Sales Tax
Brynn Capella Inc. collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois (10.25%).

Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Brynn Capella, Inc. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, we will notify you once your order ships and send you information to track your package.

Q. How do I care for my bag?

Brynn Capella designs are made of beautiful Italian leather, lambskin and decorator fabric. Grain and slight differences of color are characteristics of the leather. The leather is natural, untreated (with exceptions), and can spot and sometimes lose color. Particular care is recommended for metallic based leathers because contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather they should be treated with a weatherproof protection and care.

Q. How should I store my handbag when not in use?

The way that you store your handbag is important. Keep your handbag stuffed as this will help to maintain it's shape. Also leather handbags should not be stored in plastic bags or other nonporous covers because this will encourage the growth of mildew and bacteria which will end up ruining the leather. Instead, you want to keep your leather handbag stored in a dry environment, away from dust, dirt and moisture.

Q. How secure is this site?
A. This site currently uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
